A fourth-generation family business, Building Durability is led by Michael Palmer. Michael has over 30 years of practical and technical experience and expertise, having learned for over 10 years on site under his grandfather ( Theo Arthur Taylor ) and more recently learning side by side for 20 years with his father ( John Palmer ).

Michael's focus on "practical consulting, problem solving, and project works delivery through to completion of recommendations provided", Drives him and the team at Building Durability to raise the bar to new heights in respects to long term performance solutions in the construction industry.

The continued attention to detail and quality assurance processes and procedures at the core of the Building Durability team have been the hallmarks of the business - across now 4 generations. Under Michael's leadership, the team can meet the varying challenges that continue to arise in the industry, from initial assessment, the provision of recommendations and costing, through to executing projects through to completion.
