Investigation, Analysis, Proposals & Expert Reports

We have extensive experience in undertaking the preliminary exploratory works and the detailed investigation and inspections of building and waterproofing defects. 

These investigations are often required to provide the necessary assessment of existing conditions and for the development of methodologies for rectification.  We then prepare the detailed methodologies and specifications required for rectification.  This process often saves the Client considerably as the ‘risks’ associated with latent conditions and the ‘unknown’ are substantially removed.

Following these preliminary works we are often engaged to undertake the required rectification works.

We also provide Expert Opinion and produce Expert Reports required for mediation and settlement of disputes related to building defects in Home Units and or Commercial Buildings – We have completed over 60 of these very detailed Expert reports since 2003 for various clients including:
