- Remedial works including: Major settlement crack repairs to brickwork and render, water penetration rectification to roofs and balconies, render repairs and façade membrane coating application.
- Home Units – York Street Sydney
- Remedial works including: Waterproofing to balcony decks and sliding door thresholds as well as investigation of water penetration to façade and associated repairs.
- Home Units – Kent Street Sydney
- Remedial works including: Waterproofing to balcony decks and podium areas, plant rooms repairs and façade painting supervision and quality assurance.

- Remedial works including: Façade render repairs to brickwork and slab edges, cavity flashing repairs, roof membrane installation as well as continued waterproofing detail to the roof where penetrations are required for the installation of communication towers.
